All these prices are for a straight swap combi boiler for combi boiler, the existing gas pipe must be 22mm, there needs to be a drain within 4m of where the new boiler is to be fitted, you must already have a room thermostat,

We always advise on fitting a system filter such as a Magnaclean, Magnabooster or fernox TF1. We can fit you one of these for £100 with any new boiler.

We will also do a full hot and cold flush on your central heating system to meet current regulations but you could have a full powerflush adding if required. We can do a full power flush for £145
