And to back that up, Baxi is offering a free 5-year parts and labour warranty now extended for a further three months to include any new GA boiler purchased, installed and registered on works, through warranty and/or Gas Safe, between 5th September 2011 and 31st March 2012. The 5-year warranty will then be automatically generated and notification sent direct to the homeowner.* All our warranties are backed by our award-winning customer service division heateam, winner of the Field Service category in the National Customer Service Awards 2010, and also voted number one for customer care in the UK heating industry.** To qualify for a 5-year warranty, the boiler must be registered on works. Boilers qualifying for the 5-year warranty are: Any boiler purchased, installed and registered on works between 5th September 2011 and 31st March 2012 will automatically receive a 5-year parts and labour warranty. Notification of warranty will be sent direct to the homeowner.
Terms & Conditions1. This promotion is open to all Gas Safe registered installers aged 18 or over who are residents in the UK. 2. To participate in the Baxi 5-year warranty promotion, installers must register and be accepted as a member on ‘works’ business support scheme. Acceptance of new members to the scheme is subject to the approval of Baxi. All new member registrations must be completed by 21st March 2012 in order to participate. 3. Membership is free and without obligation, other than adherence to ‘works’ terms and conditions which are available on the ‘works’ website. 4. The offer is open to new and existing members of ‘works’ who purchase, install and register (including full Gas Safe registration) a Baxi GA boiler* on works between 5th September and 31st March 2012 inclusive. All works registrations must be made within 30 days of installation (including full Gas Safe registration). 5. All warranties are subject to registration and an annual service as stated in the manufacturer’s warranty. 6. Installers who, at any point from 5th September 2011, have a live contract support agreement with Baxi Heating UK Limited are excluded from being members of ‘works’ and from participation in the promotion. Any purchases and registrations of products made under this promotion up to the point of opening a contract support agreement will not count towards the offer. 7. Members need to collect and register the full promotional label including security digits on ‘works’ to be eligible for the 5-year warranty. 8. 60 month warranty will be active upon successful completion of the Benchmark log book and product registration on 'works'. Baxi reserves the right to request proof of purchase through copy invoices before issuing the 5-year warranty. 9. 5 year warranties are issued in addition to the standard Business Points received when registering a boiler*. 10. Any tax liability arising, personal or otherwise, as a consequence of participating in this business promotion is the responsibility of the claimant. 11. Baxi reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any point without prior notice. 12. Baxi is a trading name of Baxi Heating UK Limited, part of BDR Thermea. 13. Your data will not be shared with third parties except those necessary to administer this offer. 14.
